Our postage costs are as follows:

Hand Delivery - Free to selected postcodes, see below.
UK - £3.50 for any order excluding Wellington Boots.
Orders over £50.00 will be free of charge.
UK - £4.95 for any order including Wellington Boots.
Orders over £50.00 will be free of charge.
Europe – All orders will be £8.00
Rest of the World – All orders will be £12.00

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Despatch will take place within 48 hours.

International orders will be sent via international air mail service and again will be despatched within 48 hours.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for late deliveries caused by circumstances out of our control. Please be careful when entering delivery details as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address entered is incorrect.

If you order an item that is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

Hand delivery

If you live within any of the postcodes below we can deliver your order for FREE. Select 'Hand Delivery' when you checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a date and time.

Returns

If you need to return any of the items you have ordered please note that they need to be returned within 14 working days and that they are returned at the customer’s expense. The items must be in their original packaging, they must not have been worn, and all labels must still be attached. We would advise for anything being returned that you obtain a proof of postage.

If an item is damaged or faulty please return it as soon as possible. Where items are being returned because they are faulty or do not match your order we will meet the cost of the return once the items have been received and inspected. If the goods prove to be faulty or not as you ordered a full refund will be given.
